That is where I will agree to disagree
#1 Hardware won outside the conference is not SEC hardware
#2 They will not be #1 in any major SEC sport when they enter
CFB = Alabama > Utx
MCBB = Kentucky > Utx (still don't have 1)
WCBB = Tennessee > Utx (probably be middle of the pack
GYM = Utx does not even have a NCAA team
Baseball = who knows, top to Bottom SEC is stacked (even Vanderbilt has 2)
Softball = pretty competitive but OU will probably dominate Utx

Given that Disch-Falk is in the middle of an large Urban area, less than a mile from the State Capitol Building, we do with what we got.
I wish the field was grass, but Texas has a tradition of pitching & defense, with a home conference record of 1026-311-11, or 76.7%.
After the '22 Regional was over, the AF guys went and sat on the field behind second base, soaking in the atmosphere. Must be doing something right.

I see some team in BLUE saluting the American flag, probably during the national anthem. Then to the right, I see the entire TEXAS team standing there with their hands behind their back. I realize Austin is woke but c'mon

After the final out of the regional, Texas stayed on the field and celebrated the Falcons fight song with the Air Force players while the rest of the crowd joined and chanted "U-S-A". I was there. There was nothing but respect for their team and the men all around the country that serve.

Military personnel salute during the National Anthem.
The etiquette for the National Anthem it to immediately place your hand over your heart, or to hold your hat at the left shoulder while your right hand is over the heart until the anthem is completed.
