We had the USC e game in the bag prior to all of those gaudy passing stats. Odom played off the line greatly and wasn't concerned with losing the game. Took care of our players not getting more injuries and played some 2nd teamers towards the end.

as for Mizzou State... Dude, If Bobby Petrino (who had many transfer portal players from higher level schools) has that much time to scheme for a team... It will happen. Ok State last year comes to mind.

Now, all of that said as to not allow one to crap all over my hogs. But we will lose to the powerful, elite, nfl lite bama for sure.

It is being said Jefferson is the only one carrying this team and that was untrue. Yes they were here last year.

You’ve played two G5 teams and Texas. Haven’t seen anything close to the run game Arkansas brings.

If Arkie can run it they win. Our nationally ranked defense has been hidden with good run stops to cover for our pass D which at times is non existent. If Arkie beats Bama at the strength of their defense it will be tough.

A big factor no one is bringing up is Bama is 117th in the nation in penalties. Almost 10 a game on average.
The 2 most important stats in football are turnovers and penalties and Bama is nearly dead last in both.

By at times you mean like 6 throws the entire season, most of which occurred on Sark's scripted first 2 drives?

We have 33 penalties on the season.

- 23 penalties over 14 qtrs (6.5 per game)
- 10 penalties over the first 2 quarters in Austin (20 per game)

I'm going to say that the 1st half in Austin was a one off.

Does anyone know why we had Big 12 officials in Austin? I thought the traveling team gets to bring their conference refs. What did they throw, 15 flags?

It's very true. He is the only one that will win or lose it for you. He just showed you that against a very bad TAMU team.

No it's not.

If that's the case, then Bryce Young is the only one that can win it or lose if for Bama.

Am I doing this right?

He isn't the only that will win or lose games for Arkansas. He isn't the only player on offense that is any good.

You are coming off as an arrogant queef. Last season KJ was hurt and we had Hornsby come in to keep the momentum going.

Rocket Sander is quite able to carry momentum as well. We didn't lose the TAMU game just because of KJ. We had our OC make some horrific decisions as well. In fact, If we had won that game it would have been in spite of KJ

I said at the beginning of the year, the loss of Burke would be an issue for Ark. You got a good receiver, but he is no Burke.

KJ is trying and having to do it all for this team, and he will not be allowed to be that guy.

Not the center who snapped the ball into the ground or the kicker that missed a relatively easy kick or the 4 other fumbles in that game. Seems like you didn't even watch the game and are talking out of your arse. Sure, KJ is the biggest part of our offense. Same could be said for any other teams QB.

Bama has to control (manage) the Big Pig QB. If not, we're in for a really uphill struggle.

I can't lie. I'm not hopeful. As long as we keep it within 2 scores, I will be happy.

This game is starting to remind me of Bama/A&M from last year, and Arky this year is better than A&M last year. But who the hell knows what's gonna happen anymore.

This could be something here. It depends on the beginning of the game. If Bama comes out slow and keeps Arkansas crowd into the game I think it could get very interesting. If Bama comes out fast then I think they hang around 40+ points and win comfortably.

No. You aren't. I assure you that you will win or lose by his ability to hit a WR.

No you didn't. The listed QBs for that game

KJ Jefferson 22/30 326 10.9 3 0 93.7
Reid Bauer 1/1 32 32.0 1 0 100.0
