Ole Miss finished like 4-1 down the stretch. So did Bama
Everybody acting like Ole Miss and Bama we’re limping down the stretch and they weren’t

I just want to jump in and say bama winning over Mizzou shouldn’t count for shite. Mizzou sucked this year, I don’t care about records or metrics, I watched them play multiple times and they are arse.
Anyhow, Alabama and Ole Miss are pretty even, neither of these teams deserve to play for the national title but we know the committee will do what they must…

It is valid, which is why us beating the frick out of you is also valid.

1) USCe
2) Ole Miss
I’d say Bama and Miami are tied. If they played 10 times they might split.

South Carolina fans just can’t seem to grasp the fact they lost to both Alabama and Ole Miss, it’s quite comical

So actually beating South Carolina (and in Ole Miss' case, by a frick ton) doesn't matter at all?
It does, but less so than losing to Vandy and Oklahoma (teams South Carolina each beat by several scores)

South Carolina fans can grasp it, but they can also grasp that they're a better team than either at this point in the season. You can't be the 1 in Kentucky's 1-7 SEC record or put up 3 points to a putrid Oklahoma team and think that you're any good.

You’re talking about other people’s losses because your wins are pretty weak.

Ah yes, the ol’ “transitive property beats head-to-head” argument.

No. SC got better as the year went on. Bama and Ole miss got worse.
Our 3rd to last game was an 18 point win over UGA.

It’s pretty fricking wild.
By default, that should put them behind bama and ole Miss….leaving those two to figure out which is higher.

How can anyone rank SC in front of OM? 24 point head to head win on the road means nothing? Why? How?

Let's just throw the first half of the regular season games away. They don't count.
