Bama has the easy walk while LSU plays a gauntlet
This means BAMA is in the playoffs no matter what. They will make the playoffs even with a loss this weekend because of the #5 ranking.
LSU will be out if they lose any of the next 3 games.
Doesn’t seem right

Complain about it for us.

Bama losing their three toughest games of the season just to finish in the playoffs will be something.
And then we move to 24 team playoff next year.
What a thrill!

The SECN showed a graph that stated Bama had the easiest remaining SEC schedule

No it doesn’t.

You assume that. The committee can easily drop them out of the playoffs.

No team with 3 losses should ever complain about missing the playoffs.

I disagree. If LSU beats Alabama but splits TX/TN the overall strength of schedule would be similar and LSU would have the head to head.

They put Bama at #5 for clickbait and to give LSU a good win if they prevail. If LSU wins, Bama will drop like a rock, if Bama wins, they were correct in the ranking

I notice you left out the fact that LSU plays Arkansas in the title of your thread. Trying to deflect from the fact that you have an easy game in there as well?

By the end of the season the SOS will even out. They played their share of tough opponents. One to go.

Bama already played Georgia and Tennessee.
They can't play themselves.

You already had your McNeese State game.

Yes but the #5 ranking allows them an avenue to keep them up by saying "Bama is on a roll and playing their best football headed into the end of the year". This is why the early rankings matter because they create paths for the committee to put teams in at the end.

Don’t have enough room to fit them in the title

Doesn’t matter. If we win out we are in no matter what.
If we don’t, we aren’t.
If we don’t, we aren’t.
