Not a bad idea. If I gave a crap about that stuff I'd have no problem with it. But to me that's something between beating Southern Miss and Arkansas St.on the thrill meter. Better than beating Arkie St but not as good as winning vs USM. He's a good guy who is a good player who made obviously a great decision to transfer to OU. Where a talented QB can shine.

Happy for him, but also LOLing at the same position, same school winning three years in a row.

Jalen is an Alabama alum, I’d love to see him win the award. He is a class act and he helped Bama put some hardware in the trophy case.

They will add him into their Heisman case and claim him like they did all those fake NC’s.

Jalen is a decent kid and was a decent teammate.

He realized Tua is a generational passing talent and better fit in Bama’s offense.

I don't care about individual awards. We could have a team of nobodies who win no individual prizes but go undefeated for a national title and I'd feel the same as I would if the players took home every individual award available.

Try not to be an idiot. OUs schedule is better than trever Lawrence’s and just as good as tua’s...

And Hurts looked like a world beater with Bama's cupcake soft schedule... until he had to play LSU, Auburn, Clemson and Georgia. Tua will get kicked out of the Heisman race when Bama finally faces a decent team. It's a shame Hurts won't face a quality opponent until the playoffs, unless you count Texas which even Mond would probably hang 40 on them. Sad.

Very happy for him.

It's still strange that he's able to pass downfield at Oklahoma but couldn't do it here, for whatever reason.

I’d be happy for him. He found a system in a conference that works for him. Riley has done a great job with him. I wouldn’t trade Tua for Jalen, but I certainly respect the guy and want him to do well.

It would be awesome. He is a great kid. Hard working, smart, emotionally controlled, humble yet driven, and a team player. The kind of kid you'd want your daughter to marry. Why would anyone want anything but the best for him?

Threw for 330 yards and 5 TDs against them.

Threw for nearly 300 yards and 2 TDs. Those two interceptions cost us though.

The only game where he truly struggled and mostly because he sprained one of his ankles on the first drive and then sprained the other in the fourth quarter.

Be that as it may, he had us heading in the right direction when he went out. He had just thrown for a long TD on the previous drive and had completed a long pass for a first down the play before he sprained his other ankle.

Glad for him, but Alabama is all about the NC hardware (since we own the most), individual awards are no big deal.

I'm sure they would be ok with it. Hell, he's lived out a great story. That always helps in the Heisman voting. He also plays in the easiest conference to put up video game numbers. Everything's really in his favor. They don't even have to make the playoffs and he could still keep playing his game and win it.

Now that would be incredible. I really want Clemson or Ohio State though.

I don't know a Bama fan who wouldn't be very happy for him. He's a fine person and he'll always be held in high esteem by the Tide Nation.

Most Bama fans are openly rooting for Jalen. These posts never turn out the way y'all like, huh?
