If they are smart they would offer Cignetti 150M for 8-10 years to come.
But then he’d live in Alabama and have to deal with that shite fan base.

There will never be another Saban, so why reduce your lifespan for 5 years dealing with those shite fans? Alabama doesn’t have as much to offer as LSU. Don’t be so shortsighted and remember Alabama before Saban.

It’s easier to win at LSU. Without Saban, Alabama would still be in the stone ages, where they’re heading now. Just takes a few years for the roster to lose confidence and move on.

Over the past 12 years LSU would have made the 12 team playoff exactly 1 time, 2019.

Every other year you lost 3 regular season games minimum.

I'm not sure what metric you are using to say it's easier to win at LSU.

Let me help you a little here.

Something you will NEVER be. Something you don't ever add up to be.

Is LSU. Our history is different. Our culture is different. And our brand is different.

Sit this one out and take it in the arse you one and done.

Who do you think im a fan of lol?

But take out Saban from the equation. Where are you then? And where is LSU considering they would have gone to the SEC championship every year—without Saban.

Laughable that they think Kiffin would be the difference against Cignetti.

Exactly, that game showed a gulf that's going to take multiple years to bridge

Dude, if this was legit offered by Alabama to Kiffin, he would take it in a heartbeat. You know it. Deep in that one brain cell all yall share.

Dude, Kiffin was on his knees begging to be interviewed for the Texas A&M job before Elko was hired.

Kiffin was never considered.

This is weird because I have been assured by Bama fans they would have no interest in Kiffin and he’s back on drugs.

They were literally still saying that during the rose bowl. What a difference a couple of hours makes

As a Tennessee fan I hate to say this but Bama is Kiffin’s dream job.

1. LSU isn't a 'top' SEC program.
2. Lane most certainly would.

DeBoer and Cignetti could have traded rosters and the outcome would have been the same. Same would be true for Sark or Kiffin. Your boy may be the only one who can handle this guy.
