Yes we did roll it, I was a freshman that year. After we rolled Toomer's we stripped off our clothes drew a pentagram in the middle of the intersection and prayed our thanks to our dark lord Satan and sacrificed a newborn. Good times.

Yes they did. It wasn't the full out iron bowl win rolling but it did get rolled and as we know a few represent the whole so yes, Auburn rolled toomers.
There were folks that made sure no pics were taken and it was hushed up. No social media, etc. There was a rolling of toomers that day by auburn university.

Did not happen. Not a single report of it happening. Can then we did not roll it except for victories and it was not a big deal

No clue, but it certainly wouldn't have looked like this pic. The cops were pretty unfriendly about letting people put paper in the live oaks back in those days because of some incidents in the 70's with dumbasses and lighters. You generally had to roll the actual corner.
