In the new paradigm of college football they have no comparative advantages and are at decent deficit versus the haves. Program history means much less than it used to.

Teams struggle and we know that better than most. ATM might be on the right path but 8 or 9 games doesn't make a trend (nor does one season).

Doesn’t the shift you speak affect ever program. Every big program in this conference has competitive resources.
Until you joined the conference you had broken wheel barrels under your stadium, old run down bleachers and a 900 square foot locker room.
