It was me. I was spitting and chucking bottles non-stop starting Friday at 6:30 PM through Sunday at 1:00 AM.
It's kind of my game day ritual.

This guy is a bitch. This story is partly true but exaggerated to the max. They were not "spat" at constantly. Lol could you imagine going to a game and being spat at CONSTANTLY, all day.

Where is your open letter to Ellis Johnson.

This seems to happen a lot to fans of the team that lost.

Auburn band members used to talk about getting spit on all the time as they marched down to go into the stadium in Athens.
I was in the SC band, and we would receive similarly bad treatment from UGA fans. We had a full beer can thrown at us in 2007. That's to be expected I guess because we are the most accessible symbol of the visiting team that can be messed with.
I always though it was fun because if anybody screwed with us, they would end up getting arrested.

Last year after the loss to Auburn, my entire posse was pinned down and raped in the shadows of JHS.
True story.

No, the stories aren't made up. A current female Auburn student works for the Auburn rivals site. She tweeted out yesterday that some of her fellow sorority sisters received threats of physical violence from grown men who were Georgia fans. This is all largely due to the jealousy mutt fans have over Auburn winning the nationa title in 2010 and playing for it again last year

I've been to some of the most heated rivalries in all of sports and have never seen anyone spit on an opposing fan. Story is bullshite. Author is a pussy.

I've heard from a couple of AU fans that went and they said it was pretty bad compared to usual but they are probably just being babies too. I mean this guy is full of crap acting like he's getting spit at repeatedly as he walks down the street.
Doesn't matter how bad it was you look like a whining wank crying about it after getting crushed.

In all seriousness, a few things stand out as it likely being false.
The biggest one though are the tales of assault. If someone is throwing bottles at you, you call the cops; if there's no police report, then it's unlikely anything happened.
Seriously, though, AU fans have developed a "victim" complex. When you've had a successful program, but your two main rivals have almost always been more successful historically, I imagine it comes with the territory.

Go frick yourself, pussy.
I have been in attendance at many, many home games as a UGA student and fan. I have been attending games at Sanford since I was 5 years old. Do we have some rowdy fans? Yes. More than any other school? Probably not, about par for the SEC course. Will some people bark at you? Unfortunately, yes. However I have never seen ANYONE spit on or at someone else. I've seen a LOT of shite talking and, on occasion, it's boiled over to a fight. I can also tell you that whenever I've seen someone from our fan base take things too far for no good reason, particularly when women are present, there have been plenty of other UGA fans who shout the a-hole down. I'm calling bullshite on this one.

Only stadium I have visited where tops were removed from sold Cokes so they couldn't be thrown as weapons.
