Auburn’s always been at their best when they play downhill and run action off that. They might win ugly or lose close, but they had an identity and you knew you were in for a ballgame.

Hugh would do well to heed that, especially given his current personnel.

easiest money of the week...no way freeze will just let Hunter run till the cows come home and win this one. He will think they have turned the corner and let Peyton cook and lose by 3 TD's

It’d be 100% ego to revert back to that. And, the pitchforks will come out.

This UK team has quit on Stoops. I wouldn't take anything away from beating us this year.

My money is on Vandy to beat Auburn.

Vanderbilt has won 14 conference championships.

Auburn officially has won 16 total conference championships, including seven SIAA Championships, one Southern Conference Championship, and eight SEC Championships

Well I’ll be. I stand corrected. Congrats on having two more titles than Vandy and wining your slap fight with Kentucky.

1. In NCAA college football, home teams typically have an advantage over away teams, with some research suggesting that the advantage is around 6 points for the home team

2. Vanderbilt played much better at home (beat Alabama). Last week was it first home loss this year.

I don't understand why Auburn would be favored in that game.

Not a whole lot to sink it. They were a powerhouse in the SIAA and had the most SIAA titles and it wasn’t close.

Vandy isn’t good. Everyone’s hung up on them beating a bad Bama team. Bama isn’t good either. They’re just named “Bama”. If they were named Auburn people would forget who they were playing up until 15 minutes before kickoff.

Bama is not Bama of the 2010s, and never will be again. They surely won’t win another championship under DeBoer.

Hugh has seen the light. He told us last week he is done kissing arse as a HC in order to please his NIL posse. He is going back to hardnosed football thus he went back to trying to run the ball with his best RB. All those freshmen receiver recruits can stay or go. Trying to please them by throwing the ball without a really good QB wasn't a great plan.

Vandy likes to eat clock, if Auburn can tilt TOP their way and string out a few long drives, they win the game. Keep Pavia standing on the sideline while Jarquez Hunter does his thing.

I am one who thinks Auburn beats Vanderbilt ,and as such particpated in a friendly team board ban bet, but only for one week. The bets without an attached length of time are serving the standard one month bet. I am not at the point of conceding a loss to Vandy and wont ever, so stop asking!

Vandy Bettors:
Lanier
Huss
WarEaglePete (3 weeks)
Beatbammer

Auburn Bettors:
Corch
MakersMark1 2 weeks
Rocky
Jang 1 week

This is going to be one of those games where ~80% of the public bets are on Vandy +6 and then Auburn wins 34-16 with 275 rushing yards.

You're not being accurate here.

Vandy has 14 conference titles... but 12 of them were in the SIAA (which Vandy left in 1921) and 2 were in the SoCon (which Vandy left in 1932).

Auburn had 7 SIAA and 1 SoCon title... but has also had 8 SEC titles. 16 conference titles compared to 14 for Vandy.

While winsipedia has a different count than wikipedia does, it really isn't relevant. 8 SEC titles to 0 SEC titles is all that is really relevant.
