But you want to focus on a rival coach who gives a coach a second chance after one of his players died during conditioning work. And talk of murderers and drinking @ UA. Pat D is a good guy but AU has some hard history mister.

Actually I don't hate AU. Just some of their idiot and hypocritical fans who throw stones while ignoring their school's sorry history. And are busy crying about Saban giving Durkin a chance after one of his player's died. MD suspended the guy then fired him. They didn't name the freaking stadium after him.

No I haven't. Nor have I went full bore idiot stick on another school for hiring a guy who had a player die. If they have actually hired him. While my school was guilty of all the above. However an AU regular poster here has. And I think it appropriate to draw a distinction for that gentleman.

Let's see. AU had a player die while doing conditioning work in 1983.Then named their field after the coach at the time. In those almost 40 years I nor any other poster has made mention of it on any board that I have seen. Yet our coach gives a down and out coach a chance to do what, observe practice or whatever. And the buzzards on a power line drop in for the kill within 24 hours. Calling Saban a murder enabler. OK.
