Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought LSU was not a party in the Louisiana case. It would be a stretch to hold LSU in contempt if that is the case.

Funny thing is Sankeys lawsuit proved he can’t be an impartial player in the SEC and pretty much sealed his fate as commissioner.

A judge cannot force a team to put a player on roster, he just allowed the action.
LSU could not roster them, as they can for any player.
I am not against LSU fostering them, we have Chambliss after all, just think about the words you just typed. Do you want judges dictating rosters, LSU has to roster them even if they end up sucking????
