Doing something like that would actually take leadership and some balls. Nobody making any type of decisions in college football has shown those traits in a long time now.

Sure.
That’s speculation, not a legal argument. If you’re claiming that LSU administration and Lane Kiffin “called them up and encouraged them to sue,” then the burden is on you to produce evidence of those communications—not simply assert that it happened because they supposedly didn’t like the situation.
Even if LSU or Kiffin discussed the eligibility issue with them, that does not establish that LSU or Kiffin directed, authorized, or caused the lawsuit. Discussing a legal or eligibility dispute with an affected party is not the same thing as instructing that party to litigate.
If you have actual evidence that LSU administration or Lane Kiffin told them to sue, produce it. Otherwise, you’re taking an assumption about their motives and presenting it as an established fact. That’s not how evidence, causation, or legal analysis works.
