And having been eliminated from the playoffs, one month before the season ended, didn’t come close to achieving the same results

I wonder if they will rethink their spending going forward?

Lots of things I hate about Texas and will criticize them for. Being willing to spend whatever to try and win isn't on that list.

Absolutely. We will spend more.

And we should, because it ain’t my damn money, and the system allows it.

Maybe had the aggies paid more they would have gone undefeated.

I think A&M handled the NIL and portal pretty darn well if you ask me.

Maybe it’s just that night road games against rivals can be tough to win. Well some places are tougher than others. The others clear out their stadium before the game is over.

Speaking of LSU… they did not get any return on their NIL investment.

Our season’s not over

But we certainly paid enough to beat the hell out of LSU in Baton Rouge

A&M spent $100m and still lost to Texas. Where did I get that number? My a$$, just like OP.

they will. there is a reason they fired Brian Kelly and hired Lane Kiffin. other teams know what is coming and they are worried!

Yes, yes they will rethink it and conclude they did not spend enough.

Running to the ATM machine is all the texas schools now how to do. They're like construction workers at the titty bar on payday hoping that if they just hit the ATM machine enough, eventually they'll get to touch a titty

Texas has 7 players so far that are planning to enter the Portal or opt out to enter the NFL draft. We'll see by the Citrus Bowl how many more are leaving.
