Idk if any of the Rebs around here these days remember the torment of being followed around by Arkansas fans in every thread during the Nutt years, but I’m afraid we are in for the 2.0 version of that.

Both Arkansas and miss state would kill to have kiffin as their coach. Maybe he gets us in trouble for recruiting, maybe he doesn’t. Any coach we hire and any other coach in the SEC is having to cheat to try and win. There’s not a single program, maybe outside of Vanderbilt, that couldn’t get sanctions from the NCAA if they decided to investigate that program. We won’t win most battles against an Alabama or LSU for a top recruit, but kiffin will have a chance and if we win on 1 out of every 4 or 5 recruits we go up against the big boys, that’s huge for us. If he can lock down mississippi and Memphis and poach a few kids out of Texas and Florida, we can make some noise. We were 2 freak plays from winning the west in back-to-back years that bama was in the national championship, kiffin can be successful here.
