If Pittman wins at Ark, I wonder if fat, ugly, and hard to understand becomes the dominant style in coaching. We already have Orgeron.

It’s almost like Lane Kiffin who has coached 3 major programs an NFL team and a school in Florida is a national brand. Matt Luke could only recruit regionally. So the Kiffin brand has brought interest to kids in Texas and Florida that didn’t interest OM before, especially with a Texas heavy staff.

Ashford doesn’t fit Kiffin’s offensive style anyway.

Ashford didn’t have much of a choice in the matter. He’ll get a good landing spot though.

Kiffin may or may not be good for Ole Miss, who knows. I just believe that they pulled the trigger on Luke 1 year too soon.

He got them through the sanctions while keeping them from Arkansas like ineptitude and from the outside seemed to be making solid decisions on staff hires. It feels a lot like the angry mob of LSU fans when Ed was hired and struggled at first to find the correct O coordinator.

Luke may have been on the cusp of a breakthrough offseason. Going to be an all or nothing result in the next few years, buckle up buttercup.

Funny that “notorious shitbag” as you call him is the same “notorious shitbag” most of your posters on the Hog site were creaming in their draws when y’all thought Kiffin was going to Arky. So don’t get so pissy you lost out on your #1 choice and look on the bright side of it!

Y’all get to see him one Saturday every fall and tell him what y’all think of him!

I’m going to print and laminate this post so that I can read it to my future grandchildren as fairytales from my time.

We may suck, but the school keeps it pretty fricking clean. Hence, Kiffin isn't here.

No f*cking way you little piglet didn’t just try and throw shade at Ole Piss saying you run a clean program and bagging on Freeze.

Yet you’re the same little piggies that had to fire Hot Rod Bobby because he crashed his bicycle with his Arkansas employee mistress giving him hj’s from the back!

Yeah, y’all are as clean as a piggy in slop! lol lol lol

From Jackson Clarion-Ledger. 4-star QB Robby Ashford apparently de-commited after Kiffin was hired. Some of the other 6 de-commits probably did as well. That December trend works out to 1 de-commit every 2 days.

Kiffin has them in Junction. He took them over there on 3 buses the day he was hired.

There's only enough players left to fill one bus left. He is getting rid of the weak and the undisciplined and soft players.

Kiffin is going to turn Ole Miss into a machine. Ole Miss would make a great rival for Alabama; I hope they do good.

At the end of the day you can wipe your arse with your puss and boots little "optics" fay BS. You either win or lose. Kiffin has surprised me at the smaller school in South Florida. But Ole Miss is tough. They have to cheat to win and maybe LK can do it at a level close to that of the last cheater without being a train riding idiot and make it work.

Similarly I think Arky has a chance since Pittman knows you have to have players. But this is no quick fix like these miracle worker turnaround guys do. This is the SEC and miracle workers have to have players to pull off miracles in the SEC.

That’s a long way to say you’re still mad he picked Ole Miss over Arkansas

At least we didn’t self-impose a 4 year bowl ban by hiring a mall Santa as our head coach. YESSIR

Not mad at all. I'm happy with our hire. Now I get to make fun of Ole Miss for hiring a known cheater to lead their known cheater program.

6-6, 5-7, 4-8.

The only thing Luke was breaking through was the record for the number of consecutive non-winning seasons for an Ole Miss coach.

And damn, BoarEd. Stop with this shite. We all know you would have let Lane Kiffin take your girlfriend out for a nice steak dinner if it meant he would come to Arkie.

It would have been a different situation if Kiffin had come to Arkansas. And that's just the facts. Arkansas isn't fresh off sanctions. The Kiffin to Ole Miss hire is way more risky than a Kiffin to Arkansas hire would have been.

But hey, I'm not the one to stand in the way of a train wreck. I'm going to enjoy watching it unfold. In the meantime, I'm pretty happy with our hire. I'm glad we pulled Kiffin's offer and saddled a conference foe with a risky situation.
