Another Snowflake from Hogville I presume? AState needs fans. ????????.

Not from Hogville. From Rivals.

Im sure AState has plenty of fans since their program is competent when it comes to hiring coaches.

Freeze
Malzahn
Harsin
Now Anderson

And we get Chad Morris. LOL. Joke's on us.

Ranking hires so far(some don't matter so won't put)

1. UCLA - Chip Kelly - Clear winner
2. Texas A&M - Jimbo Fisher - He is a top ten coach with elite recruiting abilities. I think slightly over rated, but this is still a home run.
3. Nebraska - Scott Frost - The hero has come back home.
4. Florida - Dan Mullen - Knows the program. Knows how to win here. Proven coach. Safe hire for sure and smart fit.
5. Arkansas - Chad Morris - Great offensive mind, little unproven but works well for Arky.
6. Miss State - MooreHead - Cord so unknown but seems to have a ton of potential
7. FSU - Taggart - Great recruiter but lacking an impressive resume. Was against UF getting him so happy FSU did.
8. Ole Miss - Luke - Very uninspiring.
9. ASU -Herm - Wtf...

No, Jokes on you. Every where you look , Non-Hog fans are talking about what a good hire this is. Current & Former players are liking this hire. But Keyboard QB’s like you. Are raising hell & claiming you’re gonna lock yourself in your mama’s basement. Because nobody is taking your Tit Sack Tantrum seriously. Does your mom know you’re up this late on a school night? He attended Texas A&M University and earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics with a minor in statistics in 1992. Morris is atypical among NCAA Division I head football coaches in that he did not play football at the college level. He is one of only four such coaches along with Paul Johnson at Georgia Tech, David Cutcliffe at Duke, and Mike Leach at Washington State.

Dude sounds scary, only mad men major in math...and his Company in that odd fraternity is a goodish sign.

I’m getting a particular satisfaction out of Arky hiring a coach who uses Malzahn’s style of offense after all their bitching. I do think he could be a very good coach for them. Will have a lot of growing pains as he learns to be a big time head coach.

I mean if you can make a living coaching a sport you didn't play a single down in, I'd say you'd have to be at least decent.

Yet we all forget Arkansas ran that shite before Auburn did. He was OC at Arkansas first. I, personally don't have a problem with the offense but I find it hilarious that Barners still bring up the troll line from 2 years ago.

He isn't getting Venables - no DC in his right mind would leave Clemson for Arkansas. Clemson is the top program in CFB. I don't give a damn how good the relationship between the two of them is.

His defenses at SMU were beyond pathetic.

I don't know who you would prefer but if it's Norvell you were hoping for his defenses have been just as bad. This year it's 121st in the country vs. 122nd, so take your pick:

Overall Total Defense

And frankly the only reason Venables would consider coming to Arkansas as the DC is because of Morris - I know money talks but I'm willing to bet you he isn't leaving Clemson for another coordinator position for just anybody, money be damned.

I don't know how this ends but you've made the smart hire. Good luck to you.
