start Bennett and give both guys a few series in the first game JTD is healthy enough to return.

Bennett wills the team downfield with his moxie. Daniels can move the team downfield with his skill. Georgia will need Daniels as QB1 come SECCG & CFP time.

Bennett won't check out on the season if he's relegated back to QB2. conversely, Daniels may turn his focus to the NFL if he's not QB1 come post-season.

At some point UGA is going to have to throw the ball to win a game. That may be against UF, that may not be until Bama in the SECCG, hell god willing it may not be until the playoffs. At some point JT is going to need to win a game. I start a healthy JT tomorrow over Stetson.

Look up Stetson vs JT on 3rd downs. That’ll tell you who should start vs who shouldn’t.

Whichever one Auburn plays in the SEC Championship game is fine with me.

Bennett can get you through the regular season, but I don't think he can win 2 games in the playoffs.

I would at least like to see someone other than Stet, if I’m Auburn.

Collective score of Auburn vs a Stet UGA is 61-16

Meh, would like the third one that matters most to beat him in for the championship. The other two would be wiped away.

Bennett was awfully good the other night....I'd say it would come down to who looks best in practice and who the team looks up to the most right now. Stetson has proven he is a very capable leader

Stetson until he messes up and we need to make a change to get a fresh dynamic in a game. Most UGA fans disagree and say JT is a 1st or 2nd round draft pick... so he should start as soon as healthy. He probably does have the talent but right now there isn’t a franchise in the NFL risking an early round pick on a guy who appears to be Mr. Glass.

Stetson is your Trent Dilfer. Unless your defense fails you are not getting into any shoot outs. I'd keep playing him until he sucks.

The irony of the thread is that stetson is the gunslinger by nature and is developing as a qb who is trying to play inside of his skills.
He is doing a good job. But his attempts to reign himself in have had him hesitant to throw deep unless the receiver is wide open.

It is weird as a fan because we can see the hesitation at QB. But it is also working (he has significantly improved in protecting the football since South Carolina).

Bingo. I don't even remember him throwing a pass against us.

Enter Stetson Bennett. He has picked up 100% of the slack and balled out, clearly a better QB than he was last year.
You can’t prove that by us.

He looked like Doug Flutie vs Miami against us last year. This year he merely looked like he did against everyone else

Let’s be honest JT is superior to SB at every level of play outside of one, durability. Each will have a part in making a playoff run for a championship.

Alabama will probably knock Daniels out at some point but if he stays in long enough for us to get 20 points out of hm if will probably be the difference.

Kirby would be foolish to play an ace needlessly and he’s a pretty good poker player from reports.

Stetson is developing great timing and accuracy with his receivers. He’s starting to play at a very high level. For example, that throw to Bowers where he ran his route and and as soon as he turned his head the ball was in his hands. Stetson threw it well before Bowers was even looking for it. That’s high level NFL caliber timing. I realize JT has a ton of arm talent, but I think Stetson has won the team and when you combine his mobility with the intangibles he brings, I think you have to stick with him.
