Not a huge fan of this hire but I trust Sam.
If Deke is lazy on recruiting he will be fired after the season like the last one. Pittman doesn’t play when it comes to recruiting
Seemed to have a good Dline at State.
Can’t judge his one year at OM. They had nothing to work with.
Again if he doesn’t recruit to Sam’s standards he will be gone after the season

I don't like this hire. This guy is all over the place. It smells of a retread. But maybe it is only temporary.

Probably depends who is out there in the portal after spring but we definitely want a DT and probably a pass rushing DE

I am sure there will be more movement, didn't know if actively recruiting anyone in particular. Seems like its the weakest part of the defense, especially depth.

Arkansas should have spent the money on a younger and hungrier coach.

Nope, It had to do with losing Brad Lawing 100%. the whole D line looked bad that year and it had some good players on it.

Probably have to. Recruiting on the defensive lines hasn't been satisfactory.
