I have heard that and seems overstated but you can be a pyscho as a college coach and be successful. We have alot of examples

You’re right, I’m sure in the three or so days after he was hired Yuracheck completed a full search and hired Morris all on his own

That's exactly my point. He's a puppet. He's not the right person in charge to actually facilitate a change towards winning culture.

It is just very odd that you have mentioned Hunter but not the source of the problem. So hunter mans up and gets fired, the same thing will happen again with the BOT's new hire.
