I pretty much always root for Mississippi State. I know the SEC paired us up and we're supposed to be rivals, but I like their fanbase overall.

I wouldn't judge them off that week 2 game. They followed that game up by barely beating Texas State. It wasn't until later in the year that they really came together and started clicking.
I think State wins this one close based on how ASU looked last weekend, but don't sleep on Jordan Tyson and Sam Leavitt.

I mean Arizona St is the defending B12 champ, top 4 playoff seed last year, returns their star QB. If they aren't dominating our worst team, what does that say about the B12?

Arizona State may or may not win, they may do so by a bunch of points...but they will know they were in a damned fight for 4 quarters. MSU may suck as bad as sucking gets in CFB but they still have some SEC dudes on the roster and Arizona State has not faired well historically when playing teams with a sprinkling of SEC dudes in the trenches. I have no idea what MSU's roster looks like....but even Vandy has a few SEC dudes in the trenches who will make lesser men rethink life decisions at times....

GT was basically nothing until Joe Max Higgins came along and turned it into a manufacturing hub. And they just fired him as chair of the development board because apparently he swears too much in meetings or something is what I heard. fricking snowflakes
