against. One Texas sized ego is already enough

If Texas were on fire I wouldn't let Bert's copious amounts of sweat put out the fire.

Hell no. We left he Bevo12 to get away from that crap show down in tejus. They will spoil and undermine any conference they go to. Hell no. The Bevo12 is about to implode anyways. Leave'm an let'm rot.

I would take them just for the Aggie melt and out of hopes the Aggies would run from them again to another conference.

They would be a great addition if they could ever learn to play nice with others. They would have to give up the LHN and share 3rd tier rights and that is probably never going to happen.

For.
Personally I feel the SEC should kick out Missouri and Kentucky then add Texas, Oklahoma, Virginia, and either Duke or North Carolina.

The question implies that Texas would accept an invite. A lot of folks here really don't get it. The SEC is far too strong for Texas to manipulate, which Texas fans will twist into "their academics are sub-par".
Even if the entitled attitude changes (it won't) and they would accept an invite, there's no way A&M, Mizzou, or Arkansas would ever vote for it. And because of reciprocity, I'd guess South Carolina and Florida would also vote "no".

Against. Stupid addition. Whoever takes texas into their conference after they destroyed their last 2 conferences is a fool.
Agreed but it would be funny seeing TX kiss everybody's arse when they first came over to the SEC though

What would be funny would be the attempt to move the conference offices and all championship games to Dallas.

t.u. won't become a member of any conference that they don't absolutely control. And that's a good thing for the SEC.
