Thoth will be the most crowded of the parades you're listing. Morpheus will probably be the least if you catch it later down the route.

I personally like to watch Bacchus on Julia St.

Can't comment on Orpheus, Zulu, and Rex. I was there in 2020 for them and didn't find St. Charles crowded in the Louisiana Ave Area.
