No. Clearly the best two teams this year were Alabama and Georgia.
And I’ve said all year I thought Georgia had a more talented team. Not by a lot as we saw, but enough to be decisive when it counted.
Next year is next year and we could see both teams there again

I would think they were tongue in cheek. Georgia and Alabama both earned the opportunity.
Are you gonna pick the best 4, or best 4 conference champions? Whichever the rule, ok. But it would have been bs for Georgia not to be in the playoffs this season.

I fully admit hating to play UGA after beating them (2017), but you play by the rules. Injuries play a big part, but that is also part of the game.

We aren't LSU fans so no we were not unhappy having to play a team twice.
In fact, Bama has already accomplished beating the same twice in one season back in 1999. Beat Florida during the regular season and then again in the SEC Championship.

No, they are not.
I don't think many are too upset about losing to UGA. It was a good football game, but Bama didn't have the team to keep up with UGA in the 4th quarter, and that's not a knock on Bama.
This has been an inevitable outcome for UGA. It was bound to happen sooner or later.

No because the rematch was the best game in the playoffs. Great game IMO.
