This is crazy to me. All the talk how bad Mateer has been (justified too) but little about Manning. I had to do a second take with these stats.

Arch ain't Heisman worthy. But, comparing him to Mateer also isn't accurate. He's had multiple touchdowns dropped, a freak int, and led a 20 point comeback against the #1 team in the country.

Mateer doesn't have a Cam Coleman or Ryan Wingo either.

It's wild that neither have a rushing TD this year - how is that possible considering how mid they are at throwing

Arch being considered a first rounder is hilarious. Hope the Browns draft him.

Arch hasn't been great and he's inconsistent. I don't know how much of that is Sark forcing him to play the way Sark wants him to play, instead of playing to Arch's strengths. But we'll see this Saturday. I think there's a 60% chance he plays poorly and we lose. If he plays great most Texas fans will be surprised.
