Apparently Ole Miss graduates 87% of their football players

That is really impressive. I guess that explains why they have been recruiting so well lately.

It is clearly a congrats. There is no way that Freeze and co. would lie to a recruit about something like that, so it must be true. You guys really are the Southern Ivy with graduation rates like that for your athletes.

I think Hugh Freeze will do well at Ole Miss but he spouts a lot of half-truths. Ole Miss doesn't have three coaches' trophies and they don't graduate 87% of their players.

Yep. And that is from 2002-2005. It takes a while for these numbers to make it out. So I don't know where Freeze got his "figures".

Well that's when freshmen entered. For freshmen from 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005. Basically guys that even left as recently as 2011 (since they seem to allow 6 years for a player to graduate).
I'm sure Freeze did some thing where maybe Ole Miss had 19 seniors on the team last season and 17 graduated hence...
17/19 = 89%..."We graduated 89% of our football players!"
