Still no clue why folks have Arkansas above State.
They've also committed the high crime of making me cheer for Aggie in a football game. This cannot be forgiven.

Know what also should stay in college with the underage sorority girls? Judging folks drink choices when they're having fun and supporting their school.

How much of a snowflake are you?

If they can prove who made money off of their moniker and how much, they've probably got a case. I know I'd hate it if others made a ton of money off of my likeness WHILE I'M STILL ALIVE and I didn't see a penny of it.

It's thievery, plain and simple.
I mean, yeah, white flight to the suburbs has always been a thing.

Sandusky was BLATANT. There's no way Paterno didn't have some idea of what was going on.
I'm told our offense is High flying.

Go away. This discussion isn't for you.

either way, why are Political posts allowed on tRant?

They aren't, but the political board regularly leaks because the right's current hero has given them implicit permission to just spread their shite absolutely everywhere.

Your defense is that Starkevegas has been a shithole for over 30 years????

No. I was clowning on the age, unoriginality, and low effort of the chosen insults, but you'd understand that if you had better reading comprehension.

And here I thought the eastern division bulldogs were supposed to be the smart ones?

The fact that we have a .500 record against Moo State is one of the blacker marks on our football resume.

46%, actually.

“Starkville” is an old Indian word for trailer park

These were some of skip’s best ones. Anybody got any more?

You get these from those 30 year old rival smack talk insult books that literally just copy and pasted team names and released 12 different editions?

These jokes are older than me.
2014, but yeah, we started on LSU and had a good time, won the game, then A&M BEGGED to be grinded (ground?) on which made it a lot less fun, and then with Auburn they were pretending like it didn't bother them but the pressure kept building til we grinded their bones into a fine paste and put them all on suicide watch.

I'm sure we were OBNOXIOUS the next three weeks til Bama brought us back to earth and y'all ended our dreams.
Fun football fact:

LSU has started their season 0-1 more recently than State.

Agreed. As always, the computer models, which lack bias, rank us higher to start the year than the media, and usually is closer to being right at the end of the year.
KJ Jefferson.

The idea of putting throwing talent into Chris Relf's body makes me giddy.
No, and their coach knows it. Here is a transcription of his comments:

On the benefit of playing a team like Mississippi State in week one: I don't think there is any benefit in going to Starkville, Mississippi and playing those guys. (Laughs) You want to stay away from that. The only benefit is getting a check and coming on home. The only other thing is that it gives your guys the chance to go and play in that environment and experiencing that in an SEC environment on Saturday afternoons. You can match yourself with those guys. They're going to see that they will be able to make plays over the course of that game. It won't be so one-sided. We'll be able to make some plays and we're be able to draw from that and that's a positive. Do I want to play an 11-game SEC schedule? Heck no, unless they want to pay us a whole bunch of money. I don't want to do that.
