Has Texas beaten a top 25 team yet?

And that will be SMU. Clemson has lost to anyone with a pulse. Bama is the first 3 loss team near the bubble. Georgia will be if they don't beat Texas.

Aggy falls completely outta the top 25, but think
they're desearving of a 12 team playoff spot?

Nope, Texas knocked you off the entire map. No one even knows your name. You're invisible. You don't count at all. Your everything is nothing. You've won a spot in the unaccomplished hall of fame. You're even worse than you think you are. You won't even stick you head up above that hole you're sitting in. You're no Billy Jack. You get no respect. You're ugly. You're always so angry.

Cliff notes say, YOU SUX

POOR AGGIES

They’re playing really good football. 6 wins in a row including 3 vs ranked opponents. They have a dynamic QB and a stifling defense.

With a playoff spot on the line, Ole Miss lost to Florida last week and Bama lost by 3 fricking touchdowns to a 6 loss team.

Vandy and Oklahoma beat Alabama. They are good teams. So those are good losses.

Posters don't think Bama should be in, that's fine. But to suggest that USCe should go ahead of Ole Miss is pure stupidity, bordering on mental retardation. Seriously...it takes a football IQ bordering that of a dog turd to believe that USCe should go ahead of Ole Miss

I agree with this. Lot of dog turd IQs here

I think Bama is every bit as worthy as any of the rest of you 3 loss losers. Combined you all wrecked Texas SOS.

THEN you put all your hopes and dreams into Texas anm to take Texas out. Hahahaha how'd that work out for you.

Poor secsecsec

The biggest problem that South Carolina has is that one of their three losses was to Alabama.

To start - I don’t unequivocally say that USC should go over Ole Miss. But to answer why one could make the argument.

Head to head competition is one data point among many.

It is not the be all to end all. ( Though it arguably should be very important.)

The objective of the CFP committee is to pick the best teams to play in the playoffs based on a number of factors.

If this was a case of Ole Miss OR South Carolina for the last spot, then I’d say it would be easy to pick Ole Miss. But when throwing a third team (Alabama) into the equation things get complicated.

It doesn’t matter because the big 12 champ is in regardless, but ASU over ole miss is just insulting our intelligence.

2 unranked losses, only 1 ranked win (byu and they had to stop a Hail Mary at the 2 yard line), barely beat UCF, Kansas, Utah, and Texas State, and with MSU as a common opponent had a lower margin of victory.

Bama is jekyll/hyde. Do you get the bama that played uga or the one that played ou. It could be an easier game but it very well could be much tougher. You at least know what you're gonna get within indiana

The system is broken.

They’re trying to make it more balanced by giving every conference champ a shot, but anyone who follows college football knows half of the SEC would demolish the Big 12 champ.
