How many sacks would that defense have gotten on UofL's offensive line tonight? 11 for Houston and a few minutes left to play.

Jackson may not have made it through the whole game. I can't believe he has stayed healthy all season as skinny as he is.

Which team would have the best chance to beat Alabama?

"Louisville or Clemson, no doubt."

They literally had guys fighting on the sideline that Lamar Jackson had to break up when they were down 24-0.

Nothing better than a Petrino team in full meltdown mode.

I wonder if Petrino will still run his suck about Louisville having a tougher schedule than Bama?

This team did not come to play. They played like shite v. Wake Forest, yet ended up winning by a large margin. I say this win like this gave Louisville the assumption that all they have to do is show up and win.

No one is going to beat Bama this year. Saban IS Satan. He IS The Master.

Michigan and Ohio State share the best shot, and Alabama will beat either one and/or both of these by 10 - to - 50.

This 100%. Same with ole Bridgewater, made of glass. You need a big baw who's made of some meat. I'd take a "rape" suspect over any glass made player any day.

Ho hum.

Another team that wanted Alabama yet couldn't take care of their regular season schedule.

If Kentucky's DC can get creative with the blitzes and just throws everything at them, UK may pull an awesome upset

At least now maybe I don't have to be so befuddled by how short memories here on the Rant are. Petrino was always a one-dimensional coach with the recruiting skills of a cesspool. Having a couple moderately good seasons and a mediocre one in the ACC didn't change that a whit.

Arkansas fans know what I'm talking about. Hopefully the rest of y'all are starting to remember Petrino's weaknesses now too. He was never going to be the savior for any SEC program in search of a long-term fix for their problems.

there's one thing that too many teams forget once they start to win and get up in the polls. Every single week they'll see their opponents best effort and integrity. That's when they should be focused sand working harder than ever.

After watching the Houston game, Louisville was the smoke show most of us thought they were.

Their best play tonight was a read option up the middle. I can't imagine Louisville's QB being able to walk upright for much of the game trying that vs. BAMA's LB's and DB's.

Looks like BAMA - tOSU - Clemson - Michigan again

We would absolutely house either one of those teams. Especially Louisville. The Louisville QB had happy feet and Houston doesn't even have a great pass rush. Houston wouldn't pull of those trick plays either. Louisville would get crushed. Houston would hang for a quarter and half.

Ed Oliver is incredible. Maybe the best true freshman defensive tackle I've ever seen.

But they don't have the size across the board to matchup with Bama, especially with a 5-foot-7 QB that's already gotten hurt this season.

Maybe we can just take the other 3 CFP teams and form a big team and battle Bama? You know, a handicap match of sorts
