Of course, like all lists like these, they're subjective and the listings are in the order according to the whims of those who rank'em. There's quite a few here that I disagree with in terms of their ranking, etc. So, take it with a grain of salt; in this case, the person at All Sports Central who compiled this (their) list.

Here's All Sports Central's list without any commentary -- just great music. LINK

First 5 OUT:

Navy, Wisconsin, Minnesota, AUBURN (should be ranked!!), OKLAHOMA

25. GEORGIA ("Glory, Glory" is NOT UGA's fight song -- it's their Spirit Song. "Hail To Georgia" is the official fight song)

24. TEXAS A&M

23. Texas Tech

22. UCLA (I would rank much higher -- listen @6:35 mark)

21. Arizona

20. Florida State

19. Arizona State

18. LSU (another fight song that I would rank higher -- listen @10:12 mark)

17. TEXAS

16. ALABAMA

15. Georgia Tech

14. Utah (excuse me???? Not even in my top 100 list!!)

13. West Virginia

12. Purdue

11. ARKANSAS (a good one!! Should be in top 10 -- listen @16:53 mark)

10. Clemson (puuuleeze!)

9. FLORIDA (good, but not top 10 in my book -- listen @19:04 mark)

8. Oregon (the list compiler must've taken a snort of crack at this point to put the Quacks this high -- skip this one completely)

7. Notre Dame (proof that the list compiler overdosed on previous crack ingestion. This should be among the top 3 on anyone's list -- listen @21:17 mark)

6. Ohio State (highly overrated fight song, not top 10 nor top 20 material in my book -- listen @22:43 mark)

5. USC (are you kidding me???? The previous crack ingestion has now taken the life of the list compiler by this point. This is #1 in my book and most other's, too. List compiler is too late for rehab, he be dead -- listen @23:52 mark)

4. Michigan State

3. Michigan

2. Nebraska (a highly underrated one; a rare fight song that includes a half-step up in modulation -- sounds great and it gets the fans going! -- listen @27:25 mark)

Get ready to throw up, everybody. It's comin'. It's here. It's............................

VOMITEER TIME!!!!!!!!!!

1. TENNESSEE ("Rocky Top" is NOT UT's fight song....it's their Spirit Song. "Down The Field" is the official fight song. The list compiler is evidently a transplanted hillbilly now living in the tundra known as Michigan)

I'm not gay or anything, but I really do think that Texas A&M has the best marching band.

They actually got LSU's correct. "Fight for LSU" is the Fight Song, not "Pre-Game and Touchdown." (The Famous Four Notes/Hold That Tiger)

Hey, how about a photo of Tiger Stadium at Night that's not over 5 years old.........

I’m not a USC fan, but I gotta agree with you, they have the most iconic fight song imo.

Funny that Tom Petty didn’t crack the top 10.

In reality, I enjoy Floridas fight song.

Also Georgia Tech’s two song are great.

I’d do a top three of

1. Notre Dame
2. USC
3. Nebraska

Good to see Nebraska getting some recognition. They’re so irrelevant now you never really hear it anymore, but I remember loving it in the 90s when I was a kid.

I like Michigan's fight song the best.

I hate USC, but love their fight song. It's in my top 5.

A song about moonshine, no electricity, and killing federal agents is no 1?

I saw a West Virginia game this year where they won and their fans sang that West Virginia song by John Denver all the way through. Good song, but good grief. I could tell some were not enthused by singing the song start to finish, but by golly they hung in there……

These are subjective but it's got to be LSU. That version of Hold That Tiger comes in so hard in a way these old world band songs just never did.

Ark does have a nice little fight song. It was created by a respected composer, which is why it doesn't sound like it was just thrown together (or ripped off an existing tune) like a lot of them do.
