Everything about your post

You seem quite angry about data being presented.

I’d be upset about data too if I were an Arkansas fan.

Is Bama favored? Yes.
Do the stats support that? Yes.
Will it be the best team Bama has played YTD? Yes.
Could MSU win? Also yes.
Would anyone trade MSUs roster for Bamas? No.

Fluff Bothwell is pretty good too man. Rushing for 100 yards per game. They have some solid WRs as well.

State has a killer QB and Fluff will smack you in the mouth but that will just get you ready to outlast state.

Mississippi State and South Carolina are basically the same tier, so we should have little to no issue dominating them. Kamario Taylor is a great QB, but that's all MSU has. The rest of the team is pedestrian.

It's these type of retard fans that make people hate Bama. RAWL TIDE!!!

Eh, State was winning in Columbia by 3 possessions until garbage time made it closer. Also unlike South Carolina, State actually has a QB who is a better than terrible passer.

I would also put State’s Top 4 WR’s up against most anybody in the country. Evans is a star, Magee has taken a huge step forward, and they’ve also got two speed demons in Ragins and Johnson who have had some really good moments.

The most likely outcome in this game is a Bama win, and I think that’s pretty much the consensus opinion among the media and both fanbases. But I don’t think you have to squint too hard to see a scenario where State wins.

Outside of the talent difference, Bama was also just a terrible matchup for State during the Saban era. Never really had an offense that was capable of explosive plays in the passing game. This State team has that for sure though, so I’m curious to see what that amounts to.

Alabama’s offense has been pleasantly surprising

Alabama’s defense is weaker than thought.

38-34 Bama

Kamario is better than Russell by a lot.

The only common opponent we share Bama outscored by a good margin, but we played them on the road-Bama at home. Also, the team hadn't completely quit when we played them, unlike Bama.

Bama fans want to crown UK as the leagues second best team since they were losing to them at halftime. They aren't. They will be 6-6 at best.

Also Bama is playing UGA next week, and State is off. It's going to be a lot closer than most think.

Those aren’t adjusted numbers.

With only four games on the books when you allow 50 to Bama it’s gonna mess up your defensive statistics pretty badly.

Bama vs USCe: 489 yards for / 419 allowed, 49-18
MSU vs USCe: 393 yards for, 431 allowed, 41-34

You were outgained by 40 yards when Bama outgained them by 70 despite shutting it down in the 3Q.

You won by 7, Bama throttled them by 31 and the game was over before halftime.

Yall are one of the best offenses in CFB this year but let’s not act like we don’t already have a direct data point to compare the two teams against.

The rain could be a major wildcard though if it limits the vertical passing game for both teams.

Let's check opponent adjusted stats.

Miss St:

#136 UL Monroe - #124 Offense, #136 Defense
#52 Minnesota - #71 Offense, #42 Defense
#33 USC - #42 Offense, #28 Defense
#34 Missouri - #53 Offense #15 Defense

Alabama
#73 ECU - #95 Offense, #46 Defense
#35 Kentucky - #55 Offense, #20 Defense
#38 FSU - #18 Offense, #77 Defense
#33 USC - #42 Offense, #28 Defense

It's about the same.

Kentucky's DFEI is .39 and Missouri's is .41. They both share USC (.30) and Alabama has the edge in the last 2, but it's not like those are actually significant.

As for the 2 teams:

#5 Alabama - #6 Offense, #10 Defense
#22 Miss St - #11 Offense, #39 Defense

So you'll be the best offense Alabama has faced, but not defensively.
geez, I've offended the unemployed, autistic gumps.

Well this is a stupid take. Our RB is 2nd in the SEC in rushing. Isaac Smith is a potential 1st round pick at db. We have some of the fastest receivers in the country
