I'm hopeful. I wouldn't have hired Rees. But, this is a new college football. If Rees isn't a success and the offensive development isn't taking place guys will start packing quickly because they can pick up and go play elsewhere without sitting out.
If anything this past season taught me we need elite coaching just as much as elite talent to reach our goals.

One of the reasons college football is becoming less popular. It’s always the same teams and there’s nothing to stop it. The pros have it figured out letting the worst teams pick first. College needs to do something similar like a star cap.
