The rest of the teams have a whole lot of players Bama wouldn't want nor recruited.
Well, that’s false. They’ve had a few flip. One, being a LB, just flipped to Tennessee and he was one Alabama definitely wanted.

1st, which is also where y'all rank in empty trophy cases. Is it true that y'alls trophy case doesn't even have a lock on it? When all there is to steal out of it is air, no need for a lock.

Probably should have never taken his commitment. He’s a Vol legacy.

when youre ranked 71st, you'll take any available 3 star. Just look at your RB room

LSU can pay him just as much as Bama will.

wtf are you talking about? Look at the roster. Look at the previous top 5 classes DeBoer has stacked. He might have several faults but recruiting hasn’t been one of them. Ranking 71st is simply a numbers game in June. And you know that, Dimwit.

more of a product of the scheme and OL, IMO. And coaching.

Seems like it was a combo of bad coaching and having OL guys that weren't a great fit for the scheme.

Well, now we have a new OL coach and all the OL starters should be guys that actually fit the scheme. If it doesn't work this year, we're screwed

It is no coincidence that the best, most effective offensive lineman that Alabama had last season was Parker Brailsford. He was a Deboer guy who came from Washington.

Alabama and LSU fans are wishcasting so hard. Just like they were when they were (and some still are) predicted 6-6 seasons when Saban retired.

Alabama has done immense psychological damage to a lot of opposing fans.

So your stance is he could get guys to fit his scheme by year 2 at Washington but not by year 2 at Alabama?

All trash RBs. Or did you forget that bama was second to LAST in the SEC in rushing last year??

Alabama won 11 games and made the SEC championship and CFP in year two. It is clear he did get the guys he needed by year 2.

Kalen Deboer’s second season at Alabama was more successful than all but 7 or 8 seasons in LSU’s 130+ year history of playing football. Kalen Deboer had as many wins in his second season at Alabama as any LSU coach in history did in their 2nd season at LSU. People acting like an 11 win season is a bad year are either disingenuous or too stupid to have a conversation with.

the last hurrah of the Saban era, only to get smashed in the playoffs in historically embarrassing fashion
