Just as amazing as winning 5 titles in 9 years, is that over the past 10 seasons, Alabama has seriously contended for the national championship 9 times.

So it's not like we even have rebuilding years in the non-championship seasons. The non-championship seasons are razor close to also being championship seasons.

Forever is a long time, but I don't see any college program ever having a better decade than Alabama has just completed.

It's pretty much the greatest Football dynasty ever. I could see Saban winning another one too if he sticks around.

Other than 2010, we have been in the hunt every year basically.

Its like Jack Nicholas. No one ever talks about the fact that he finished in the top three in major FORTY EIGHT TIMES. That is amazing

People said Bowden's run was epic. He finished in the Top5 for about a decade. Saban has blown right by that.

It’s the greatest college football dynasty period. And ranks high with greatest runs in any sport ever.

Saban is GOAT.

Bama has almost won every title ever.

Bama has almost never lost to another team ever.

Bama has almost always beat themselves when losing to another team.

Even in 2010, Alabama's 3 losses were to SEC East champ South Carolina in Columbia, a 3-point loss to LSU in Baton Rouge and a 1-point loss to Auburn, the eventual national champions.

And you almost always melt when something good happens to Bama. Which has been a lot lately.

LSU is not salty. Saban couldn't win 8 games in his 1st year at bama but he could at LSU.

LSU has a higher floor than Bama, so LSU stands on its own as a top of the mountain Goliath.

Even greater than Bryant in the 70's. Didn't think that would ever be eclipsed at the Capstone but Saban has done it.
