Exactly what I said, but according to a different poster ITT that's a shitty argument

Are you arguing this as a fan or as a player/coach?

No, getting asked this question gets boring.

Because we win more than I ever thought possible. Having lived through Dubose and Shula, after Sabans 3rd NC at Bama, everything since has just been lagniappe. I guess except for the unrealistic in the fan base with impossible expectations

South Carolina hasn't beat Auburn in football since 1933

it's not as if we are 0-85 against Auburn since '33. we are 0-8 since 1996 and 1-1-10 all time. Nothing to brag about for damn sure but the way I break it down makes me feel better. well, not really but....blow me

Not at all. Having sat in bds during the probation years really, really made u more appreciative. I had gotten spoiled in the 70s like everybody but we lost to southern miss, central Florida, northern Illinois, Hawaii, Minnesota and routinely were blown out by SEC schools. Hard to take it for granted.

I never got stressed during the national championship either. I reminded myself at the half we were playing a team from Georgia and they'd find a way to choke it away.

My first game that I remember from start to finish was the 1993 Sugar Bowl. Then came Dubose, franchoine, price, and shula.....it doesn't get even remotely boring

Even in a situation like that you can decide a minimum number you’d like to win by and then stress about maintaining that size of a lead. At least I can.

The thing i love the most is watching great players play with so much passion and discipline. Watching a sharp, well-coached team with immense talent.

To me, it's so much better than watching a team that's winning just on talent, or because we lucked into getting a top draft pick QB.

I like the Saban product. I honestly think Alabama football might bore me at this stage in my life if we had any coach but Saban

Not tired or bored if it, but not as excited as I was in 09'. Regardless, it is still good to be king.
