There are rumors on Auburn boards that he is leaving alabama and will try to walk on at auburn. Have yall heard anything about this? IMO, he was one who Saban recruited just to keep him away from auburn in the first place. He fits nowhere into alabamas offense, and would be perfect in auburns in the mccalebb role.

And Auburn fans, would you be happy with this?

I for one, would. Let him come on over....i really wanted him out of HS.

people assume that just because he was a quick/shifty guy out of high school that he has no place in Alabama's offense. He has actually put on a good amount of weight and looks much more like a true running back.
I wouldn't be surprised if he left.. But I don't know why he would.

I'm not going to claim to have inside knowledge like some people around here but I don't know what purpose or role Corey Grant has anymore after Saban secured the commitment of Dee Hart. He basically has the same skillset as Grant except he's way better.

It wouldn't be a shock. I think Dee Hart has kinda pushed him to the side. They are pretty much same kinda player except Dee is a bit better at everything.

This pretty much. It wouldn't surprise me at all for this to happen simply because Grant was always a poor fit at Bama and Hart is a better version. I have no clue either way, but while ITAT has a ton of super homers and crazies as posters, MM is a good guy who is usually spot on with his info (unlike say, Lee).

I would love for him to come, especially if he is Walking on. He has some serious speed and would be great in the offense.

Actually, Dee Hart was a 5 star so he's that much better than Grant.

Makes absolutely no sense. He's no worse than 4th on the depth chart, and just saw Demetrius Goode transfer. He would see playing time. But he's going to leave and walk-on elsewhere? Sure. I'll believe it, when I see it.

Why do people continue to try and perpetuate this myth? Ingram was a "scat-back" in high school too.
