This is incredibly ironic. Now if only the rest of your "family" would get their head out of their asses and agree.

I think most of them do honestly. It's just that it's ironic that Auburn is singled out as the only school that would ever dare to give benefits to players, so they deny it

Auburn is singled out because of the ridiculousness that Cam didn't know that his daddy (whom he has such a close relationship with) was shopping him around.

It's basically insulting to sit back and expect people are stupid enough to believe that.

Pretty much why nobody really respects the "championship" Auburn "won."

Running Back U picks up another.

Although if Grant was really 4th on Bamas chart... I don't know how much of an impact he will really make at AU

No I do you think it's ironic to say we pay our players like other SEC school... and then say we didn't pay cam 180 grand to come play for Auburn which I don't think happened..

Homers that post on a message board don't respect it. Most professionals and mature adults give AU credit

I don't see that guy ever making much of an impact. It was a knee thing, correct?

Knee was a lingering problem from HS that he never got healthy from. So we gave him the year off and he's full strength. But he had a very small wrist fracture in the spring game, an injury he played through and wouldn't have missed a game for if it was the season, and people like Memphis blow it out of proportion and say he'll never play and will always be injured.

I expect him to have a huge impact throughout his career and be our best playmaker

Well, I hope his recovery goes more like Ingram than like Hightower.

It wasn't as significant as either of those I don't think, he didn't need surgery IIRC. It was an injury that just needed time to heal itself, so it isn't that serious honestly

If he has a wrist thing now...it seems like he has a touch of the injury bug. Let's be honest, he doesn't have mutant healing power like Julio. I hope I am wrong for his sake though.

I don't think anyone does.

But I hope it's just been a coincidence, because if he can stay healthy he can have a Percy Harvin-like impact in our offense

Yep.

Like Corey Grant deciding on bama.

And Mike Blakely deciding on UF.
