IMO that crap shouldn't have even made it on the NOA list, that's tick tacky crap and LSU reported it appropriately.

It says directly that they didn't report it. The coaches are part of LSU you know?

Also it's a level 2 infraction.

quote:

The CCU believes a hearing panel of the IARP could conclude that Allegation No. 8 is a breach of conduct (Level II) because the violation (a) was prearranged, (b) Wade and Armstrong initiated the impermissible contact, (c) Wade and Armstrong did not disengage within a reasonable time period, (d) the impermissible contact lasted more than a minimal amount of time, and (d) multiple coaches contacted multiple family members of a potential student athlete.

Did Watford ever beat Alabama?

I believe he was 1-4 against Bama. Pretty par for the course for LSU athletes

You mean former Mountain Brook "resident" Trendon Watford?

Looks like he won the first game at LSU in early 2020, then lost the next four (including the SECTCG).

We spent the last 5 pages of that thread roasting Hunter Johnson

I remember how we booed him every time he touched the ball. It was amazing.

I know they're required to but some of the redactions of names always makes me laugh in NOAs when the fact pattern that follows makes it completely obvious who the player(s) involved are.

So we know they paid Watford, but who else do we think they paid?

Yeah that sucks. Maybe he could have helped Bama make their first final 4.

Your fascination with coming in 4th place is hilarious.

Alabama fans would be fricking pissed finishing 4th in football.

I guess celebrating not winning titles is what they do everywhere else.

I can't take credit - I literally searched "Will Wade violation restaurant Birmingham" in google based on something in another thread because I remembered specifically seeing a post about it on here (like lsufball19).

That thread was literally the first result on google for that search . Seriously, wouldn't doubt it at all if the NCAA people clicked on it and read through it .

Any player who brought LSU even a modest level of success or joy, in any sport, was likely significantly paid, IMO

Lets see Alabama make a Final Four sometime and then tell us how meaningless that is... unless you're a football only Neanderthal like a lot of Alabama fans.

They also included OBJ handing out cash, and that absolutely was ticky tack.
I have been consistent in saying the OBJ thing is ticky tack and ridiculous.

Unless you think AJ Green deserved his suspension.

With sober hindsight, it wasn't so much that AJ sold his jersey, it was that he sold it to a runner (NFL agent). Whether or not AJ knew is the real question, but technically he took money from an NFL agent's bag man, so he had to get punished in some way, made an example of. I still think it was bullshite but I can certainly understand why it played out that way. His case is one that actually started all this NIL talk. Guy can't sell his own jersey, ain't that some shite, and the NIL talk really got rolling. So it really backfired on the NCAA.

We are getting to see and experience some of the most glorious, mind boggling vindication that has ever been enjoyed on a message board.

This is wild. Legendary.
