I still think he's the best QB we have. Heisman contender sounds a bit ambitious, but I think he could materialize into a solid QB.

He has absolutely no OL, and has been playing with third string for the past few weeks due to injuries/suspensions, etc ...

I think CW will turn out to be a very good QB, just like I think Quin Ewers will. It is very rare for a TF to have significant success. Additionally, Jimbo's play calling and the offensive line are not much help to Connor. Achane is a beast, and there are some games where Jimbo barely involves him in the game plan.

No such thing in reality. High school film and camps just aren't the same as being in an SEC game. I've been disappointed many times over can't miss recruits, you just have to see how they play out.

Has Aggie given him a snappy nickname yet? Right now they seem to be going with “Weigs”. I read on their message boards he’s ahead of Peyton Manning as a freshman. But I’m just a casual fan looking into cults for a term paper I’m writing.
