Honestly - as long as the gun wasn’t stolen and he wasn’t stoned driving then he should have been let go and no punishment should be handed down.

No one should be arrested for having weed or a gun. Stupid. What are the charges? I know in Louisiana there is some type of felony if you have illegal substances AND a firearm.
