In general, the State of Texas is giving fewer shits about weed.
On September 1, CPS will no longer remove children from parents who test positive for pot.
Under the new Texas law, parental marijuana use by itself could no longer be the basis for termination...
And the gun thing? Perfectly legal to carry a gun in one's car WITHOUT a license or permit. That is considered part of the home of the driver.
