After digesting the day's events, a Kiffin suspension is almost a certainty at this point.

It will be bullshite but I think that's the end game. I think the SEC is going to show they have the votes to expel and offer LSU a suspension and maybe SECCG ban this year.

There won't be any rule cited but they are planning on leaning on the LOIC claim from today. Sankey didn't appreciate getting mocked in a BR court and he's acting like a scorned woman now.

I'm just ready for it all to be done and move on to football. Make Baker the interim and let him and Weis do their thang.

I would love to see a world where we go into next week with LSU telling Sankey to go frick himself but he's after his pound of flesh.

It's unfair for CLK doing nothing wrong. What he did was/is following court orders. CLK can sue SEC and retire if that happens.

LOIC claim

Is it not valid? Given everything that's transpired at LSU over the last ~12 months, most egregiously rehiring Will Wade, would you say things are under control at LSU? And if so, who's truly calling the shots?

LSU has never been more aligned from the governor's mansion to congress.

This whole thing is such madness that I'm beginning to believe Sankey has some dirt in his world that he's now using this as deflection.

As SEC Commissioner, he ought to be squelching this nonsense. Instead he's stirring the pot.

LSU always has this option available.

Nobody is forcing ya'll to be in the SEC.

If you wanna go independent or Big12 or whatever go for it.

Why do people think Sankey has the power to just go rogue without the schools behind him?

He would be fired.

For what exactly? LSU was told not to roster certain players. They did not roster those players. They broke zero rules.

I mean, Kennedy already told you that congress will be on top of the SEC if things keep escalating.

Is it just unfathomable for the LSU fanbase to consider… the more likely reality… Occam’s razor and what not..

The SEC isn’t “out to get LSU” but instead putting foot down bc the LSU program was aggressively pushing boundaries and stepping outside the lines blatantly.

Is a way of trying to verbalize not breaking rules in a manner that is unsatisfactory

Look I love Kennedy but NOW he's going to flex congressional power with all the financial abuse in congress and bullshite the last presidency piled up? For LSU to stay in the SEC, now it's time to roll heads? C'mon.

... and here is the problem. If the LSU fan base was watching A&M, Alabama or Texas trying to pull this same crap while LSU held firm on the NFL rules then this fan base would be on the other side against A&M, Alabama or Texas. This is simply a "it's my team so I am defending this behavior" and nothing less. The biased attitude is what it is all about, not an SEC team following the rules like everyone else. We are all biased but this is a biased stand on steroids with cognitive dissonance leading the charge. Lane is a POS but, you guys have made him "your POS". He created an unnecessary cluster f^^k and you guys have bought in. Wow..

I don’t care who is involved. LSU nor Kiffin have broken any rules. We have no current or former athletes on the football team. This is Sankey being a spoiled child because someone said something he didn’t like. If you or anyone else has proof of broken rules then please post them because “Kiffin is piece of shite” “LSU fans suck” aren’t valid points.
