Cole Hutson signed to compete at mini camp. The NFL and CBA have a contract that all players have to sign to compete in the mini camp. Hutson went to 2, lol. He received airfare, lodging and travel as payment.

So hus name wasn't in the draft and he didn't sign the contract that the NFL/CBA requires him to sign to compete in rookie minicamp? He didn't receive travel, lodging, and food from the NFL team?

So can you tell me the distinction between a guy who went to multiple minicamps to a guy that never set foot in a single NFL practice at camp? Both received compensation. Which one is pro and which one is not? Why?

Amazed how so many LSU fans are melting today. Trying to find anything to deflect bringing in an NFL player.
Even if LSU wins the first case, it isn’t good long term for them or any team. Baseball and basketball seasons will be worse if they can bring in pro’s. And all sports. Everyone is only looking at football but its much bigger than that.
