He never went to NFL. He did 4 years and thought his football days were over so hung them up. Then he saw the 5 for 5 and figured why not play a 5th year. This is not the same as NFL players coming back. Lots of reaching going on.

Was his intention to turn pro? Absolutely. Sankey himself said today that turning pro is demonstrated by “moving on.” Hutson absolutely “moved on.”

Back when Sweeney issued the TRO for entire class that was later stayed it was his old school that was talking of getting him back. I guess that changed which is why suit filed in local Oklahoma court.
I am sure this is due mostly from the amount of press and posts on TD, but I cannot recall so many local state judges handling purely/solely federal law cases. The Protect college sports Act has to make this an exclusive federal court issue. Too many judges up for reelection along with possibly having connections to the school are going to continue stepping in for the home team.

This is the one area I agree with LSU. This guy and the Texas guy should not play as well.
And my guess is they will not play for a SEC school.
And we have all given LSU a hard time for adding some depth with possible penalty risks from the conference. Other SEC schools should get the same heat if they keep them on their roster.
