Isn't her family from Houma? I lived in Houma a couple of years (94 - 96) and I remember people (newspapers) talking like her family was from Houma or she had family members living in Houma. I can't remember.

A lot of UFC fighters are like that. It's hard to not have an aggressive attitude when that is your basically your job - Get in a cage and fight someone that can literally kill you with their hands.
All it takes is a little alcohol or drugs to push them over the top. Lucky for him, his fighting paydays are over and he's made his money. This is a terrible look for him that is going to be hard to rectify.
He could have easily been shot right there - and not with just a tazer. Just stupid.

I kind of feel the same way.
The two cases are really similar - excluding the fact that a body was found in one of them - Kidnapping, Ransom notes, Parents or children on TV pleading for the information, keystone cops, no suspect at all, some believe the family did it, coming back from a party or dinner with relatives the night before or night of kidnapping/murder, a lot of publicity, etc.

This reminds me of the JonBenet Ramsey murder. Neither of these cases make any sense.

It's not from a river or bayou overflowing. Just too much rain at one time. The house has only flooded one time and it wasn't the 2016 flood either, it was just a stalled storm - kind of like Marksville or Simmsport had a couple of days ago.
