Do you understand collegiate athletes can be paid to varying and limited degrees across sports as laid out in the bylaws

You think this is going to hold up in court? Lol! I don't think you've paid attention to NCAA the past 6 years or so. So that guy who received NFL compensation got 20k more than the other guy who never set foot in an NFL training camp can come back while the other one can't? You don't realize the frickery this is and why the courts keep ruling against it?

You're clearly not understanding the core principle here which is the SEC is picking and choosing which TROs or injunctions are ignored and which to enforce. Thats a problem for them.

Yes I do think it holds up in court and I only blame Harris for not being a Hutson-as in leaving his options open to return.
