Personally, this would be great for college football, if ND is left out, punish them for never having to play in a conf title. It would prove there is a God for all the players.

Would ND claim a championship like UCF did last year if this happens?

So this year ESPN believes if you don't play in a CG you don't deserve to be in the playoffs?

If reocrds in the season don't matter why are we even playing the season?

I have no problem with ND being left out. They aren’t in a conference don’t play a 13th game and they are a relic of a program living on their name and sick and twisted religion.

Notre Dame hasn’t won shite in 30 years. Why should they get preferential treatment?

OU deserves to be in over ND.

Hell, a bowl should pick up ND and UCF and bill it the National Championship.

That would require them to win their bowl game. Not convinced that would happen.

Oklahoma or Ohio State would clean their clock.

ESPN is dumb if they think that is happening. ND’s schedule was strong enough this year to warrant them making it by being undefeated.

Now, I’d be fine with them dropping ND to fourth (or Bama to 2nd).
