Just to remind everyone still following this abortion of a thread, it centers on a kid with a brain tumor.

A kid that LSU doesn't give a frick about, won't speak to, and gave bad medical advice to for about a month to keep him out on the field doing his "job" like he was being paid to do.

Pathetic.

The Brooks family praised Kelly and LSU for all the support they gave Greg, until they decided to lawyer up. Of course at that point LSU can't continue communication. Did BK stop checking on him regularly in between the family obtaining a lawyer, neither you nor I know. But the fact remains they did care, and in fact caught the tumor rather quickly, relatively speaking for a healthy kid who started having dizzy spells one day. You seem completely ate up over something that has no bearing on your life and you don't even have the facts. It's really odd behavior, I must say.

We sent a guy with migraines for an MRI when I was a trainer 20 years ago.

I suffer from migraines and have been told by several doctors... including a head specialist in NOLA, that an MRI isn't a huge help. But in this case I'm sure it would've found the cause, but for migraines w/o tumor or other issues, then they may see nothing. And yes, I've had those as well from other doctors.

You do when they’re complaining of those symptoms daily.

Greg's lawyers may have a tough time in court because here's a video of him saying what the doctors originally diagnosed him with matched the symptoms of vertigo exactly, that the symptoms went away when they got him on medicine, and that he was feeling like himself again after the crystals in his ear had been realigned

I feel for the kid, but I don't think LSU is at fault here. He was dealt a shitty hand and I hope he recovers.

It's easy to see it all clearly with a retroscope. 39 days isn't a big delay to brain cancer diagnosis.

We can reconvene after medical review panel.

Legit question, because I'm not a medical doctor or anything close to one. But in your opinion, how many days in a row should a person have to go having daily neurological problems before they are referred to a neurologist?

Except it wasn't daily. Per Greg's own admission it went away. And vertigo can definitely come and go, pretty sure. So yeah all things considered it was a pretty quick timeline to diagnose something that rare, and obviously quite unfortunate.

Everyone who read the story: “This could be a black eye for LSU, what really happened?”

Every LSU fan in this thread: “Hold my daiquiri bitch, Greg Brooks is a pussy, frick him and his family”

Just report him.

His posting might be a problem for the legal case.

It was a sick post, and he deserves to be banned, just like you did for threatening to kill Brian Kelly.

You're a sick man.
