9-4 (first season with fewer than 2 home losses since 2010)
8-5 (loss of 3 starting OL, starting TE, starting RB, 2 starting DL, 2 starting LB and starting S)
9-1 (first undefeated home season since 1999, highest AP finish since 1939)

This is bad timing for this thread because it seems like sour grapes for LSU getting turned down publicly by Jimbo. However, the question really is a valid one.
When A&M hired Jimbo, as an LSU fan, I sure expected better than this out of him there. I can only imagine the Aggie faithful did as well. 3-4-5 loss seasons is not what they signed up for regardless of who hired him or who is trying to hire him away today.

As an LSU fan, you have no idea of the magnitude of rebuild that Fisher had to conduct.
He replaced a coach who:
-Had 3 straight seasons where he started 5-0 and finished with 5 losses.
-Had his starting quarterback and his backup (both 5 star QBs who are now both in the NFL) transfer 6 days apart
-Had a losing conference record at home
-Lost a game he led 44-10 late 3rd quarter
