Completely agree with the OP. I noted that there have been 4 replies from UGA posters out of 19, excluding mine.

I think we now know how to phrase our topics to keep the dumbass Dawgs from crashing the party with stupid takes.

There are revenue generating universities and there those that aren’t. Vanderbilt is only in the conference because they’re a private university. This allows the SEC protections from publicly disclosing matters.

Not if they contact UF by written or email correspondence; Florida has an expansive sunshine law.

Not sure why other states don’t have this. Trust us we’re doing good on your behalf is typically bullshite.

Tell me Bama boy...the last time Bama won a NC, I bet the same posters you are siding with now to put down and ridicule UGA was trashing the Tide and you was constantly on the defensive against them, right? What irony, now they're your buddies as you plot and side with them against those mean ol UGA fans. Funny how things change when your team becomes old news and they're no longer on top.

So UGA is too poor to compete in more than football and gymnastics?

No, you're not a grammar nazi, you're a poster with chronic end-stage, vaginosis. Gees man, the best thing you can come up with is I said 'was' instead of 'were'? Your team really DOES suck, don't they?

To be fair, your grammar is terrible. It’s hard to comprehend that stream of stupidity.

Yes

Sewanee
Tulane
Georgia Tech - be thankful as they were the football school in GA early one

As for Vanderbilt and Kentucky, they were instrumental in the early leadership and even today they provide leaders (Kramer and Newton cut their teeth at Vanderbilt) to make the conference better.

Every sport loses money for universities EXCEPT football and men’s bball.

Everyone on the Rant would happily trade an NCAA Tournament birth for a football Natty. And we won them back-to-back.

Check mate, you salty bitch.

Florida should be competing for Nattys in every sport every year.
Just talent in population alone should put them in the running year in year out.
Now with NIL money I think it’s just a matter of time before they are back on top.
No one dislikes the Florida program as much as us Volunteers.
They have always had our number in football even when we were a good team.

You wish Tennessee only had 2 NCs in football. Check your history. And don’t look it up through a Georgia lens.

Georgia has only recently become a football power. A power that will fade as fast as it appeared. Book it.

Are there major universities which claim that success in one sport damages success in another? If there are they are fools....success at a university begets success.

UGA is an example of a very good football program and average to below average MBB and baseball programs. It isn't a matter of one sports success taking away from another, it is a matter of the UGA "family" being OK with mediocrity or less in those sports, for a myriad of reasons. There are fans who would like nothing better than to win a natty in either but the administrators and fan base at large simply are not interested in putting in the work and the resources. If they were they'd be competitive...very few universities competing with UGA can out spend UGA. Many can match them but out spending them would be a tall order...

2 legit NCs. You can count the Knox News NCs from the era of 1 platoon football if you want.
